Start with the XDU symptom
Diagnose the secondary coolant loop, facility-water side, redundant pumps, valve, filtration, make-up system, leak detection, sensors and group controls without mixing liquid-cooling logic into a CRAC refrigeration diagnosis.
PROBLEM TO DIAGNOSE
Choose the closest symptom. Type the exact alarm on the next screen if one is active.
XDU CONFIGURATION
Model defaults will load automatically.
Safety: XDU/CDU equipment contains hazardous voltage, rotating pumps and pressurized liquid. Isolate electrical power and both liquid circuits, verify zero pressure and use the specified coolant/PPE before opening filters, pumps, valves or piping. A controller OFF command does not isolate power.
Fast path: Select the problem and model, then enter only known controller or field readings. Relevant loop sections open automatically.
CONTROLLER AND PUMP STATUS
Type the A-code, full wording, or both. Matching uses the selected model family.

Field reminder: Do not condemn a pump, control board or heat exchanger until the alarm code, model family, pump mode, valve position, facility-water condition, isolation valves, filter differential pressure, air removal and independent sensor readings are verified.
