Safety: Humidifiers contain line voltage, hot water and steam. Use lockout/tagout and the required electrical/arc-flash PPE. Allow the canister, pan, hoses and distributor to cool before opening or removing components.
Fast path: Confirm the installed method and iCOM enable status, then select the problem. The humidity-control values are prefilled; all physical measurements may be left blank or Not checked.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
Optional. Type the alarm exactly as displayed.
iCOM HUMIDIFIER STATUS

WHAT SHOULD iCOM BE REQUESTING?
For compensated, dew-point or external on-off control, Humidifier Buddy uses the demand displayed by iCOM instead of calculating relative-humidity demand.
WHAT IS THE HUMIDIFIER ACTUALLY DOING?
Only checks related to the selected symptom are shown.
